			At PTL Behavioral Health, we reduce our residents’ stress, anxiety, and depression through sports and recreation activities. Our social and recreational activities aim to provide a sense of value, belonging, and attachment.
We encourage fun activities that promote body movement, engagement, and enjoyment. We help them build self-esteem and positive recovery skills and show them how to have fun without drugs or alcohol.
